Stuart Showers, Manager, Research & Consulting
Stuart Showers oversees the operations of the Market Research Department, including the collection and analysis of O’Connor & Associates’ multifamily and commercial data, edits all of our industry-leading publications, and coordinates our consulting services. Stuart has extensive multifamily consulting experience throughout Greater Houston and the nation for lenders, developers, and government agencies. Stuart is responsible for overall training of the market research analyst staff and personally oversees the preparation of consulting assignments. Stuart graduated from the University of Houston in 2003.
Heather Wiesner, Account Executive
As the Account Executive, Heather Wiesner is responsible for the sales of O’Connor & Associates commercial market data programs. She also assumes the role of training our clients on how to use our data products and makes sure they understand the benefits. She has several years of sales experience as well as several years in residential real estate. Heather is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington where she received a BA in Communications and minor in Business.
