Duties and Responsibilities:
- Basic troubleshooting hardware and software for PC’s and laptops.
- Provide responsive service.
- Answer emails and calls quickly and pleasantly.
- Communicate in a friendly, professional and patient manner.
- Escalate issues as appropriate.
- Setup/installation of laptops and desktops.
- Additional duties as required.
- IT technical aptitude required.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows XP and 7 required.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stoop, crawl, etc to access hardware and wiring as needed.
