Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Basic troubleshooting hardware and software for PC’s and laptops.
  • Provide responsive service.
  • Answer emails and calls quickly and pleasantly.
  • Communicate in a friendly, professional and patient manner.
  • Escalate issues as appropriate.
  • Setup/installation of laptops and desktops.
  • Additional duties as required.

Required Skills:

  • IT technical aptitude required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows XP and 7 required.
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stoop, crawl, etc to access hardware and wiring as needed.
