Starting at $15/hour depending on experience*

Flexibility with overtime and weekend hours required

Provide excellent customer service assistance via inbound/outbound phone contact with occasional email and face-to-face interaction with clients. Perform all data entry functions to reflect client activity/transactions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls as assigned.
  • Make the initial contact with a client and explain the services available.
  • Process payments; be able to identify and research and resolve payment issues/disputes.
  • Maintain client records in the database; update data and make necessary changes.
  • Ability to research and investigate client/account issues.
  • Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems.
  • Ability to understand the client’s needs and resolve the issue.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of customer service experience
  • Some college preferred
  • H.S diploma or G.E.D. required
  • Strong computer, data entry and typing skills – 30 wpm
  • Must be detail oriented
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication
  • Have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Work in a team environment
