Provide excellent customer service assistance via inbound/outbound phone contact with occasional email and face-to-face interaction with clients. Perform all data entry functions to reflect client activity/transactions.
- Handle inbound/outbound calls as assigned.
- Make the initial contact with a client and explain the services available.
- Process payments; be able to identify and research and resolve payment issues/disputes.
- Maintain client records in the database; update data and make necessary changes.
- Ability to research and investigate client/account issues.
- Communicate with other departments and management to resolve problems.
- Ability to understand the client’s needs and resolve the issue.
- Other duties as assigned.
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Some college preferred
- H.S diploma or G.E.D. required
- Strong computer, data entry and typing skills – 30 wpm
- Must be detail oriented
- Must have strong written and verbal communication
- Have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Work in a team environment
