H.B. No. 3207

AN ACT relating to the composition of the agricultural advisory board of an appraisal district. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 6.12(b), Tax Code, is amended to read as follows: (b) The agricultural advisory board members must be landowners of the district whose land qualifies for appraisal under Subchapter C, D, E, or H, Chapter 23[, and who have been residents of the district for at least five years].
