Parmer County Property Tax Protests 2024

According to the Parmer County Appraisal District (CAD), approximately 539 property tax protests were filed by Parmer County property owners in 2024. Of those, 96 were for single-family homes, two for apartment complexes, and 42 for commercial properties. The total value of the properties under protest amounted to $257 million.
