Chambers County Appraisal District 2017 Property Tax Protests

In 2023, Chambers County property owners underwent Appraisal Review Board (ARB) and informal hearings. There were 5,300 property tax protests filed in 2023 for various types of property. Of that total, 2,720 were for single family property, 10 were for apartments, 216 were for commercial, and 95 were for business personal property (BPP).
