His skill as an analyst for apartment acquisitions contributes to his success in assessment reductions in this specialty area. He is involved in the Institute of Real Estate Management and has been a director for both the San Diego County Apartment Association and the Apartment Association of Tarrant County.
Kirk Ward, Senior Property Tax Consultant
Kirk Ward has been with O’Connor for more than 13 years, specializing in valuing real estate property throughout Texas and supervising the departmental support in Central Texas to assist in property valuation.
