Harris Central Appraisal District 2024 Governance
The Harris Central Appraisal District (CAD) is governed by a board of directors that consists of seven members. They are tasked with many responsibilities, such as hiring and evaluating the Chief Appraiser, setting the appraisal district’s budget, and appointing the Appraisal Review Board (ARB). They are also tasked with advocating on behalf of the taxing authorities in the county.
