Parker County Property Tax Protests 2024

According to the Parker County Appraisal District (CAD), approximately 13,173 property tax protests were filed by Parker County property owners in 2024. Of those, 6,039 were for single-family homes, 297 for apartment complexes, and 822 for commercial properties. The total value of the properties under protest amounted to $3 billion. As a result of formal hearings conducted by the Appraisal Review Board (ARB), reductions totaled $4 billion in assessed value.
