Victoria Central Appraisal District 2023 Property Tax Protest
The total number of property tax protests through the Victoria Central Appraisal District (CAD) was 13,633. This includes single family homes, commercial, and more. A total of 6,951 single family property tax protests were filed, and 1,590 commercial protests were filed. According to the CAD, the total value protested amounted to $5 billion. Out of this total, $2 billion was single family property and $2 billion was commercial.
