BexarCAD 2017 Employee Summary

At the heart of the Bexar Appraisal District’s operations is its greatest investment: their employees. In 2023, the district’s team grew to 186 employees, up from 167 the previous year. Among them are 84 full-time appraisers, each tasked with the monumental responsibility of valuing an average of 9,024 tax parcels. The appraisal force is split into 47 residential specialists and 17 commercial experts, all working behind the scenes to shape the financial landscape of Bexar County.
