In 2022, the Denton Central Appraisal District (CAD) employed 87 staff members. By 2023, that number had increased to 104. Of the total staff, 44 were appraisers — each responsible for an average of 10,753 tax parcels. The district included 26 residential appraisers and 7 commercial appraisers.
