EctorCAD 2017 Employee Summary

As of 2023, the Ector County Appraisal District (CAD) employs a staff of 30 individuals, of which 12 are appraisers. Of the 12 appraisers, five evaluate residential property and four evaluate commercial property. There are approximately 20,561 tax parcels per appraiser to evaluate and produce assessments from. Due to the low number of appraisers and the high volume of valuations, there are possibilities to appeal the property.
