GuadalupeCAD 2017 Employee Summary

As of 2023, the Guadalupe County Appraisal District (CAD) employs 41 individuals, including 20 appraisers. Labor remains the district’s primary expense. Among the appraisers, 14 specialize in residential property and 2 focus on commercial property.
