JCAD 2017 Employee Summary

As of 2023, labor accounts for the majority of expenditures at the Jefferson Central Appraisal District (CAD), which employs 39 staff members, including 18 appraisers. These appraisers are responsible for valuing thousands of tax parcels each year.
