As of 2023, the Navarro Central Appraisal District (CAD) employs 14 staff members, including eight appraisers. Of those, six focus on residential properties and only one on commercial properties. Each appraiser is responsible for valuing an average of 6,250 tax parcels annually, making labor the district’s largest expense.
