ParkerCAD 2017 Employee Summary

Labor is the primary cost for the Parker County Appraisal District (CAD), which employed 33 staff members in 2023 - including 17 appraisers. Of those, 12 handle residential properties, while only two focus on commercial valuations. Each appraiser is responsible for analyzing an average of 7,618 tax parcels across the county.
