As of 2023, the Webb County Appraisal District (CAD) employs 60 staff members, including 34 appraisers. Of those, 15 focus on residential properties and 7 on commercial properties. Each appraiser is responsible for valuing an average of 5,533 tax parcels annually, making labor the district’s largest expense.
