Bosque County Property Valuations 2024

Bosque County property taxes are calculated based on property values established by the Bosque Central Appraisal District (CAD), following the resolution of protests. In 2024, there were 21,857 tax parcels records for the county and the market value was $4 billion. The market value for commercial property was $182 million, business personal property (BPP) was $29 million, and residential was $1 billion. To evaluate a large number of properties, services such as computer-aided mass appraisal and GIS technology, are used to determine proper valuations.
