KerrCAD 2017 Property Valuations

The Kerr Central Appraisal District (CAD) determines final property valuations after the protest period. In 2023, property owners in Kerr County submitted property tax appeals for 41,002 tax parcels. The market value for all property (including houses, apartments, commercial, and more) equals $13 billion. The market value for houses, condos, and townhouses resulted in $5 billion.
