ParkerCAD 2019 Property Tax Protests

Parker County Appraisal District confirmed a large volume of property tax protests in 2019; the total was 27,510 versus 5,580 in 2018 and 8,280 in 2017. The total number of property tax parcels in Parker County was 119,700 in 2019. Homeowners accounted for most of the protests in 2019, as is typical ( 13,650 appeals by homeowners versus 1,058 commercial / industrial / other).
