Luxury home values in Harris County rose by 9% in 2024

The most recent assessment of the Harris County Appraisal District, real estate market revealed notable shifts in residential property values spanning a range of price ranges. Property values exceeding $1.5 million exhibited a 9% growth, indicating that the luxury market category will keep continuing to rise.
