An act relating to posting certain documents and information related to certain real property sales on a county’s Internet website. Be it enacted by the legislature of the state of Texas:
SECTION 1. Section 51.002(f-1), Property Code, is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 5.06. TAXPAYER ASSISTANCE PAMPHLET.
(f-1) A county shall prominently post a notice of sale filed with the

registration. Along with each notice of sale posted under this
subsection, the county must post the date, time, and location of the
sale on the same website page on which the notice is posted.

prescribed by the comptroller for that purpose, the county
assessor-collector may post a link to the location on the
comptroller’s Internet website where the form may be viewed instead
of posting the form.
