- In Dallas County, there was an 84% success rate for informal tax protests and a 67% success rate for ARB property tax protests.
- Homeowners in Dallas CAD were able to save $59 million by protesting the property tax to the ARB and $34 million by protesting informally.
- In 2023, the percentage of informal hearings that resulted in a reduction for commercial property protests was 69%, but in 2024, it jumped to 72%.
